Reporting your pupil absence
Please call the school absentee line, 01738 472699, or email the attendance mail box by 9:00am if your child is too unwell to attend school. You can call anytime, not just office hours.
If no contact is received, the school will issue a Groupcall text message to all parents/carers who's young person is not in school. Please phone in each day that your child is off. A further Groupcall text is sent after lunchtime should your young person not turn up to class period 6.
All other absence/s (personal appointments, events out with school, holidays ect), please call the absence line on 01738 472699 or email PHSAttendance@pkc.gov.uk in good time prior to the absence.
In all cases, please include the young person's full name and registration class along with the reason and duration of absence.
