All pupils are expected to wear:
- white shirt (long or short sleeve)
- school tie - BGE tie (S1 to S3) or Senior Phase tie (S4 to S6)
- black trousers, skirt, or tailored shorts
- black shoes - no specific style required, black trainers or shoes are acceptable
- plain black sweater or cardigan (optional)
- PHS branded school hoodie (optional), hood worn down
- school blazer
School branded hoodies and jumpers can be purchased directly from our online shop using the links below. Pupils can choose the style and colour they wish to wear. Please ensure that you select the correct house when ordering.
Uniform support
Perth and Kinross Council offers a School Clothing Grant of up to £157.50 per secondary pupils. Applications for the 2025 to 2026 session opened on 1 July 2025.

Pre-loved uniform donations
Please continue to donate pre-loved uniform to the school. School branded hoodies, jumpers, ties and blazers are especially gratefully received with thanks. This does make a real difference and supports us with the daily help that we are able to give pupils and families who are less well off.
