We are delighted to celebrate the outstanding wider achievement of Freya in S4, who has been selected for the Climb Scotland U17 Scottish Development Squad. This is an exceptional accomplishment, with selection highly competitive and based on performance at national climbing competitions. Freya's impressive results throughout the 2025 Youth Climbing Series have earned her this well deserved place on the squad. We are incredibly proud of her dedication, talent and determination. Well done, Freya!
We are delighted to also recognise the impressive wider achievement of Matthew in S1, who has been awarded one of only six Junior Coaching Bursaries offered across Perth and Kinross. Competition for these bursaries was extremely strong, with the panel commenting on the outstanding quality and commitment demonstrated by all applicants. Matthew's successful application means he will now benefit from £250 of dedicated one-to-one coaching to further develop his skills and strengthen his game. A fantastic achievement. Well done, Matthew!
